R&B Picnic Fest is set to bring soulful energy back to the Apopka Amphitheater on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
Music lovers can look forward to an outdoor evening packed with classic R&B sounds, delicious eats, and lively entertainment.
Presented by Dghost Ent, the event headliner is Sunshine Anderson, best known for her early-2000s hit "Heard It All Before."
Multiple DJs and charismatic hosts will guide guests through two decades of R&B favorites, setting a nostalgic and inviting tone.
The fest runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at 3710 Jason Dwelley Parkway in Apopka.
Guests can bring blankets or lawn chairs, but should leave tents, coolers, and outside food at home.
On-site parking is complimentary, and tickets are available via Eventbrite.

Apopka High School’s Blue Darters marked senior night with an electrifying 79-36 win over Lake Minneola, celebrating their seven seniors in style.
Honorees Rafi Betancourt, Jarquavion McClain, Trent Jean, Zee Davis, Noah Ferrer, Xavier Bell, and Matthew Murray each received applause from an enthusiastic crowd.
After a slow opening, the Blue Darters surged in the second quarter, powered by Noah Ferrer’s 12-point outburst and relentless defense.
Jarquavion McClain added another 12 points, while Trent Jean controlled the tempo with key assists.
By halftime, Apopka led by 10 and never looked back, riding their defensive pressure to a dominant finish.
This decisive win secures Apopka the No. 2 seed in the district tournament, where they’ll meet East Ridge, fueled by the unity and leadership of their seniors. Read More... |
