Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and small umbrellas to enhance their comfort during the festivities.

Free parking will be available on-site for all guests.

Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite, and organizers have noted that vendors may arrange direct payments to reduce fees.
